It is so incredibly life-affirming to be loved and valued by kind, genuine, awesome people. Sometimes I think I care too much what others think, and I usually do. Other times, though, when it’s apparent that a good person sees the good in you, it’s the best.

Wouldn’t it be a strange and delicious bit of irony if another country invaded the US to keep our government and police from assaulting peaceful protestors?

Valid point. A lot of overseas activity is ‘helping’ that country or those people. Protecting their right to vote, etc….perhaps it’s we who need rescuing now.
